At Colectivo Coffee, we want you to love your brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your coffee or merchandise, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that coffee bags remain unopened and merchandise still has original tags attached.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
